We are trying something new this month! Once a month we will pick a game to play on a Saturday and play it all day. These are games that are fun to play and have some interest and excitement surrounding them.

Our first game is Small World, which we will be playing on the 19th. It was featured on Wil Wheaton’s Tabletop Youtube show. If you haven’t seen it yet, go watch it!

It looks like a fun game and I can’t wait to try it out. Stop by even if you’ve played it before. It’ll be fun!

I’m super excited about Brian K. Vaughan’s return to comics in this week’s Saga #1. Brian K. Vaughan wrote the Vertigo series, Y: The Last Man and Fiona Staples’ beautiful art can bee seen in North 40. This book also got a lot of internet bruhaha when Dave Dorman ranted about the cover on his blog. He has deleted the original blog post (very 1984 of you, Dorman), but you can read more about it over at Comics Alliance.
